I think it is a prize
She says we cannot see it

But we know it’s a surprise
She thinks that we are sleeping
But we’re peeking with our eyes

Mommy sometimes leaves me

In case I lose my pacifier
She can call her cell!!!

“Oh no, it’s in the car – I’m coming right home!

She’s on the phone and babbling
And laughing with her friends
I know she brought her notebook
And she showed me all her pens
She was supposed to study
I hear her laugh again
I didn’t know it’s so much fun
To study with your friends
